Items purchased through otantik-usa.com may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of your order’s ship date. Items must be in new, unused condition with all original boxes attached. Returns must be initiated via our email- Info@otantik-usa.com
- We will provide you with a return label, where return label fee will be deducted from your final refund in addition to a charge of 10% Restocking Fee | 25% Restocking Fee for Chafing Dishes.
- Any original shipping charges paid are non-refundable.
- Please note that if you do not use our return label, Otantik-USA is not responsible for packages that are stolen, lost, or damaged during transit.
- Please allow up to 10 business days from the time your return arrives at our facility for our team to inspect and process your return. We will update you via email once we’ve issued your refund.
- We reserve the right to deactivate customer accounts if we identify unusual or excessive returns activity. Large or oversized return packages may be subject to additional shipping fees for which the customer will be responsible.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, we will take care of your exchange.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Incorrect Shipping Address:
Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate. We are not responsible for refunds or reshipments if an incorrect address is entered during checkout. If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange a reshipment at your expense.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
