Welcome to Otantik Home. By accessing or using our website, products, or services, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”), which govern your relationship with Otantik Home LLC (“Otantik Home,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Please read these Terms carefully.

By creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using Otantik Home’s services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other applicable policies.

2. Account Security and Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or breach of security.

3. Ordering and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for reasons including pricing errors, product unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity. Payment must be authorized by the cardholder and valid at the time of purchase.

Before submitting your order, please review it carefully. Once submitted, orders cannot be modified or canceled except as outlined in Section 4.

4. Order Cancellation

You may cancel an order within 5 minutes of placing it by contacting customer service. After this window, cancellations or modifications may not be accepted.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Estimated delivery dates are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

Otantik Home ships only to physical addresses within the contiguous United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, once an order has shipped, we are not responsible for delays, loss, or theft. Tracking information will be provided when available.

6. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of shipment, and items must be unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs and restocking fees apply as outlined in our Return Policy.

For exchanges, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, while Otantik Home covers shipping the replacement item. Exchanges are not subject to restocking fees.

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect returned merchandise. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including images, text, graphics, logos, and designs—is the property of Otantik Home or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Use, reproduction, distribution, or modification of any content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited, except as permitted by law.

8. User Conduct

By using our website, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and not engage in harmful activities such as spamming, hacking, unauthorized data mining, impersonation, or interference with the operation of the website.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Otantik Home and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising out of your use of our products or services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

11. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Otantik Home, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your violation of these Terms or misuse of our services.

12. Arbitration and Dispute Resolution

To the extent permitted by applicable law, disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Texas under the applicable rules of the American Arbitration Association.

By agreeing to these Terms, you agree to waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action to the extent such waivers are legally enforceable. Nothing in this section restricts rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable law.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

14. Changes to Terms

Otantik Home reserves the right to modify or update these Terms. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. We will provide additional notice or obtain consent where required by applicable law.

Your continued use of our website or services following the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

15. SMS and Marketing Messages

Program Description and Consent

Otantik Home LLC operates the Otantik Home SMS marketing program.

By opting in, you agree to receive recurring marketing SMS and MMS messages from Otantik Home at the mobile number you provide. Messages may include promotional offers, product launches, restock notifications, and other marketing communications. Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other automated technology.

Participation is voluntary. Consent to receive marketing messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any products or services. Providing your phone number at checkout does not, by itself, constitute consent to receive marketing text messages.

Message frequency varies depending on our marketing campaigns and your interactions with Otantik Home.

Message and Data Charges
